REFUND POLICY

We want you to love your purchase - but if something isn't right, we're here to help.

To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
- Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@lucymowat.com with your order number and reason for return.

Once approved, we will provide you with the return address. Please note: customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval and process a refund to your original payment method.
